Terms of Service — YouTube AutoFlow

1. Scope of use

YouTube AutoFlow ("the Application") is proprietary software owned and operated by Penny Wise I.T ("we", "us"). It is a private, single-operator tool used exclusively by the founder of Penny Wise I.T to manage YouTube channels owned by Penny Wise I.T. It is not offered, licensed, sold, or distributed to any third party. There are no other users.

2. YouTube API compliance

Use of the Application is subject to, and the operator agrees to comply with, the YouTube Terms of Service and the YouTube API Services Terms of Service.

The Application does not attempt to circumvent any YouTube quota, rate limit, access control, authentication mechanism, or other technical protection measure. The Application does not scrape, re-host, or re-distribute YouTube content or metadata, and does not use unofficial or undocumented API endpoints.

3. Data ownership

All YouTube content and data accessed through the Application remains the property of its respective owners (YouTube, Google, and the channels whose data is accessed via authenticated OAuth). The Application claims no ownership over any YouTube data.

4. Limited Use

The Application complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements: data obtained from YouTube APIs is used only to provide or improve user-facing features that are prominent in the Application's user interface, and is not sold, transferred, or used for advertising.

5. Changes

These terms may be updated at any time at the sole discretion of Penny Wise I.T.

6. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
