Privacy Policy — YouTube AutoFlow

1. Overview

YouTube AutoFlow is a private desktop application developed and operated solely by Penny Wise I.T for the management of YouTube channels owned by Penny Wise I.T. It is not distributed to, installed by, or made available to any third party. This Privacy Policy describes how the application handles data accessed via the YouTube Data API v3 and YouTube Analytics API.

2. Data accessed via YouTube APIs

When in use, the application accesses YouTube Data API v3 and YouTube Analytics API data through standard OAuth 2.0 consent. Only the authenticated operator's own channels are accessed. This includes:

• Channel metadata (title, description, statistics)
• Video metadata, analytics, and performance data
• Playlists and playlist items
• Comments authored on the operator's own videos
• The ability to upload, edit, and schedule videos on the operator's own channels

The application does not access any other Google account, any other user's data, or any data belonging to viewers of the operator's channels beyond what is publicly exposed by YouTube.

3. Storage

All data retrieved from YouTube APIs is stored locally on the operator's own device. No data is transmitted to any server operated by Penny Wise I.T or any third party. No analytics, telemetry, crash reporting, or usage tracking is collected.

4. Third-party sharing

None. No data is shared, sold, sub-licensed, or transferred to any third party.

5. Advertising and targeting

The application does not use YouTube API data for advertising, retargeting, or the creation of audience segments. The application does not display any advertising.

6. Retention and deletion

Data persists on the local device until the operator deletes the application, deletes the local data directory, or revokes OAuth access via Google Account permissions. Revoking access immediately terminates the application's ability to access YouTube data.

7. Compliance

The application complies with the YouTube API Services Terms of Service, the Google API Services User Data Policy (including Limited Use requirements), and the Google Privacy Policy.
